PointsGo is a flight search and points optimization tool that helps users find the best ways to redeem credit card points and airline miles for flights. We do not sell flights directly; we provide information and recommendations only.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Accuracy of points pricing or transfer ratios
• That third-party loyalty programs will honor displayed information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

Award availability and pricing change frequently and are controlled by airlines and loyalty programs, not PointsGo. Always verify with the booking provider before making decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (airlines, banks, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by PointsGo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
